Now available, 'Joia' is a 2020 model of CL Yachts incredibly successful CLB72 Model. Measuring 76' 11" overall, the CLB is one of most (if not the most) voluminous yachts in her class. Maintained by an experienced full time Captain, this yacht is easily seen in Marco Island, FL and in excellent condition. 'Joia' boasts a four stateroom, four head plus crew layout. When not cruising at a comfortable and quite efficient 25 knots, guests have plenty of areas to spread out and enjoy the water, views and the lifestyle:
MAIN DECK
Aft Deck
Access to the Aft deck is either from the teak platform and stairs (port and starboard) or via the MPT boarding ladder that mounts to either port or starboard. The granite countertop bar is aft facing and has ample storage or if you prefer is plumbed for an ice maker. To port is a large refrigerator and storage under the same granite top. The teak al fresco dining table is set up by the current owner for 6 although it can easily seat 8. The area is well lit for night time dining.
The aft deck also has some hidden features. Under the fly bridge steps lies a large storage compartment that can house the MPT boarding ladder, fenders and lines. 'Joia' features docking stations both port and starboard at the entrance to the walk around.
Salon
Entering the salon via the push button stainless steel sliding door you are welcomed with 360 degree views as a result of the open galley design and huge windows at every angle. To port is the large salon sofa and to starboard is a pop up tv. Just forward of the salon to starboard is the day head which is an terrific feature to have on this size yacht. The main deck has almost unlimited lighting selections between the amount, locations and dimmer options. Moving forward is the well appointed galley.
Galley
The galley and main appliances sit to port on the CLB72. Four drawers of refrigerators and freezers are accessible under the large countertop which wraps around the galley island to port. The stove, oven and microwave are along the port side and has loads of storage above and below yet another large window. There is a clever, hidden dummy waiter in the forward corner of the galley. Forward of the galley is a country kitchen style dinette which sets besides the lower helm. To starboard is the wine cooler and stemware rack forward of the day head and a pantry aft of the day head.
Pilothouse/Lower Helm
When the weather turns sour, you have the opportunity to continue ahead in comfort from the lower helm Stidd seat. The lower helm features Volvo electronic controls including joystick and a full suite of Garmin electronics. The pilothouse door sits starboard of the helm.
Bow
The bow lounge is accessible from the wide, full length walk-around on both starboard and port sides. The bow has cushions, stereo and stowable sail shade with carbon fiber supports.
FLY BRIDGE
The fly bridge on the CLB72 is enormous. 'Joia' is one of the few CLB's with a beautiful three sided hard acrylic enclosure. This fly bridge has three distinct areas.
Forward, of course, is the main helm. Two Stidd chairs are mounted at the helm with joystick and Garmin remote integrated in the Captain's chair. The helm is well thought out with full Volvo electronic controls, gyro monitors, C-Zone, Zipwake controls, stereo, spotlight control, dual vhf and a full Garmin electronic suite on dual large screens.
Moving aft of the helm is the large cocktail and seating area. This entire area is still under the fiberglass hard top. To port is a bar top with electric grill and large refrigerator. To starboard is a seating area with two cocktail tables. The aft seat is reversible so everyone can be in the conversation no matter where the guests are.
At the back end of the fly bridge is the large sun pad/lounging area. This area can be highly customized with seating, storage or a combination of both which is what the current owner has done. This area has a removable sail shade if your guests prefer to stay out of the sun while still enjoying the ocean breeze.
ACCOMODATION DECK
Access to the accommodation deck is via a wide, curved companionway staircase to starboard of the lower helm. Just outside the master there are separate washer and dryer.
Master
Not enough can be said about the size of this master stateroom! It is full beam with huge windows that open the view right above the waterline for spectacular views. The athwart ship berth allows for plenty of walk around space to access the walk in closet and spacious shower and head. To starboard is a pop up tv and a nicely concealed vanity.
VIP
On the CLB72 the VIP is all the way forward and provides a walk around queen berth and large windows that open up the stateroom (or use the marine blinds to block the light). The en-suite to starboard offers separate head and shower with a hanging closet to port.
Starboard Guest
This guest stateroom features side by side single berths, large window, storage closet and an en-suite head and stall shower.
Port Guest
The port guest stateroom is the bunk room with closet, tv and large window.
Crew
The CLB72 is setup for 2 crew. There is a single stateroom with bunks and a
